Students Grievances Redressal Cell

The student counseling cell in college level shall form a committee comprising of a Faculty advisor, all the Head of the Departments and the Principal as Chairman.The capacity of the cell is to investigate the complaints presented by students and judge its legitimacy . The cell is empowered to look into the matter and solve it. Any student with a genuine grievance can approach the cell and drop a complaint either directly or through mail.

Obectives

• To maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the college by promoting cordial student-student relationship and student-teacher relationship
• Encourage the students to express their grievances freely and frankly without fear
• Advising students to respect the dignity of one another and show utmost patience whenever a problem arises
• To support students who have been deprived of the services for which he/she is entitled
• To ensure effective solution to the grievances of students with an impartial and fair approach
• To make teaching and supporting staff responsive and cordial while dealing with students
